Christmas at Morrisons

Things start looking a little different at Morrison’s when the cold weather arrives.

In our nursery, the mulch beds that held trees and shrubs all season are leveled to make room for roughly 900 Christmas trees. We've moved aside grass seed and fertilizer in the warehouse to make room for “Santa’s Workshop”, where employees stay busy decorating wreaths and filling containers with evergreen arrangements.

CHRISTMAS TREES
Our Balsam and Fraser fir Christmas trees are available in sizes from 3’ to 12’. We will always put a net and a fresh cut on your tree and help you load it onto your vehicle.

(Please note: Our X-Mas tree stock is now low - please call before if you are looking for a certain size. (3-5’ available 12/19/23)

WREATHS & GARLAND
Along with our trees, we receive live wreaths, garlands, and green. Our staff decorates a portion of wreaths for grab-and-go holiday cheer, the rest are left blank to be a canvas for your creativity. While most of our wreaths are fragrant balsam, we also have boxwood and more. For DIY, we carry wreath frames and florist wire along with a large selection of fresh greens to build your wreath or swag. Use evergreen cuttings from your yard and get creative. Try including different textures from mountain laurel, Japanese Andromeda, holly, and arborvitae.

A FESTIVE TWIST ON CONTAINERS
Use the same pots from your summer annual containers and fill them with evergreen cuttings to make a holiday arrangement to display on your doorstep all winter. Along with Christmas trees and wreaths, we always bring in specialty greens like boxwood, incense cedar, and berried juniper for decorating.

NEED GIFT IDEAS?
We have gifts for the gardener, the bird lover, and stocking stuffers for pets. Uncommon but very useful garden tools, as well as very heavy-duty, top-quality tools. We also have gift certificates available for purchase!

Whether it’s evergreen container arrangements in the front of your house, building your own wreath or simply decorating one of the plain wreaths we have for sale, Morrison’s has all the DIY supplies you need
